Notifications

Open your notifications

Select Notifications in the sidebar's Actions group (a dot means unread), or in your avatar menu on the workspace list. The inbox shows notifications from every workspace you belong to; filter by Unread, category or workspace.

Selecting a notification opens the related page and marks it read. Marking read and Dismiss cannot be undone. A notification also disappears once it no longer applies, for example Ready for Approval after the order is approved or cancelled.

The unread count refreshes when you return to the tab, not while it sits in the background.

What you are notified about

Every notification appears in your inbox. Whether it is also emailed depends on its category and your email preferences.

  • Project roles decide project notifications. A workspace Admin gets them only for projects they are a member of, and approval ones only as an Approver or Manager.
  • "Everyone who can read the deliverable" means members of the order's project, the area's project and any project the area is linked into.
  • You are never notified about your own action.
  • Several control data uploads to one project collect into one inbox item until you read it.
